Our Company

We work every day with our coffee: we taste and approve the roasting profiles, we roast and manufacture your orders and we select new crops to share them with you. At Naked Coffee Roaster, we constantly search for the best coffees and for the most unique flavour profiles. We work directly with farmers, sampling their coffees through cupping, selecting new crops and supporting new innovative projects to improve our coffees quality. Innovation oriented as we are, we optimize our coffee filter and espresso recipes to teach them to you too. Every day, we seek the perfect cup because we believe that the true value resides in the neverending search for perfection and satisfaction.

We collaborate directly with farmers, importers and distributors because this is the best way to guarantee the highest quality level for our coffees and promote fair work conditions. The strong connections built with these experts all over the world impact directly with the ones with our customers in front of a delicious cup of coffee. A brand new adventure

Travelling through Honduras coffee plantations in April 2017 was an experience which marked my life for good in such a marvellous way.

My love for coffee was definitely settled.

Early in the morning, I was taking a walk around the plantation and while I was tasting the mature drupes and looking at the beautiful landscapes, I thought deeply about what I was going to do in the future. Ten days later, my conclusion was that I wanted to work to create a quality coffee with the same passion that Honduras people have. A year later, Naked Coffee Roaster was born. Naked Coffee Roaster is a specialty coffee micro-roastery which works only with the best coffee-beans after an accurate selection and a continuous communication with our farmers. This is only the beginning of a story that we are still writing.
